About Us: Syncware AI is on a mission to make logistics less stressful for professionals by providing AI tools that make their job easier.

We are looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Founder Associate. This unique role will work closely with the founder(s) to shape the future of our company and drive business growth.

Goal of the role

Making sure I am using my time in the best possible way. Right now, there are important tasks that I don’t get to because I’m spending time doing tasks that don’t make good use of my skills (tasks that are urgent or important but don't affect the trajectory of the business).

Responsibilities

1. Assist the founder(s) in executing strategic initiatives, including market research, product development, and business planning.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and business strategy.
3. Create presentations to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings, progress, and recommendations.
4. Maintain consistency in our lead generation efforts.
5. Manage the social media accounts
6. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and maintain the company's competitive edge.
7. Assist in fundraising efforts by preparing pitch decks, and investor materials.
8. Support the founder(s) in daily operational tasks, such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, and communicating with internal and external parties.
9. Act as a sounding board for the founder(s) by providing thoughtful feedback, ideas, and suggestions to help drive the business forward.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is either a highly driven recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of business development experience. Rather than academic qualifications, the traits I am looking for are consistency, mental toughness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Prior knowledge of warehousing and artificial intelligence is a huge plus. As well as experience with Notion, Slack, CRM, ChatGPT, Namecheap, Canva, Midjourney, Webflow, Figma and more.

Managing Expectations

I need someone to partner with, who can be fully trusted with managing my calendar, my email, my phone, my contacts, as well as coordinating aspects of both my professional and my personal life including making sure I book leave to spend time with my girlfriend and do not schedule midnight calls over the weekend.

The job is highly KPI driven and will initially involve maintaining some of our KPIs for outbound outreach so that base comp is covered. Once this is going well, we will pile on extra responsibilities to increase compensation.

I’m cool if you’re not my associate forever, but I want someone who will do this job happily and with great focus for at least 1 year. Beyond that, if you discover an aspect of the company you are thrilled about I’d love to promote you into one of our teams and task you with hiring and training your replacement.
