Founder Associate

About the role:

We're looking for a hungry and hard-working Founder Associate to help us solve a wide variety of problems across the business. Any problem that our founding team faces becomes your problem. You'll get first-hand exposure to what it means to build and scale a startup.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE:

As a Founder Associate, you'll work hand in hand with our founding team. You will work intense and long hours, evenings and weekends included , and we expect you'll be available and interested in solving problems with us and our customers, any time of day.

You should ONLY apply for this position if you absolutely love what you do and know what you’re good at. You must be ready to work both smart and hard to receive outsized returns.

Things you'll be doing can include:

• Talk to customers, learn from them and answer their questions

• Helping us build a growth engine, test marketing channels, run experiments

• Close enterprise sales

• Shape the product roadmap

• Help us source, attract and recruit top talent

• Take on a lot of interim roles, define a process and hire a dedicated person to do that job, and then move on to new parts of the business

• Do a lot of ad-hoc projects, i.e. financial modelling, compliance, creating fundraising decks, etc.
