As the Sales Development Representative hire at BrainHi, you will play the most crucial part of the sales lifecycle - being the first point of contact for prospective customers. Armed with a suite of business-critical SaaS tools, your influence and decision-making will have a profound impact on how businesses operate in the US.
With an empathetic yet consultative approach, you will develop genuine relationships with prospects, consistently finding unique ways of surprising and delighting them. You will make interactions so much simpler, empowering your customers to be as successful as possible.
Responsibilities:
-Prospect for, generate, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
-Make strategic outbound calls and emails daily
-Achieve and exceed monthly ‘opportunity’ quota
-Collaborate effectively with the Sales team to schedule prospect calls, meeting and product demos
-Ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM - we use Salesforce
-Master the ability to evangelize the BrainHi story
Requirements:
-Lead generation/outbound phone sales experience (SaaS/technical experience preferred, but not essential)
-Proven success prospecting into new markets and generating leads
-Experience carrying and over-achieving a monthly/quarterly quota
-Experience handling and overcoming prospect objections
-The ability to navigate and adapt to a fast paced ‘startup’ environment
-Drive, hunger, energy, confidence and the desire to succeed and grow in SaaS sales
-Fluent in English and basic Spanish-speaking (a big part of our team is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico)
