About the role
As our first recruiter, you'll be responsible for building PopSQL's recruiting function. You'll work directly with the CEO to develop and execute our strategic hiring plan.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical hires. Bonus if you can flex into an occasional non-technical hire

Own and improve our recruiting processes and talent sourcing strategies

Work with external agencies where necessary

Build our employer brand so we can attract world class talent

Create an outstanding candidate experience

Work with the executive team to grow the company culture and promote employee happiness
About you

3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience

Ability to represent the company with integrity and professionalism, since you'll be the first point of contact with external parties

Experience maintaining data integrity for applicant tracking, sourcing, scheduling, or other process software

Curiosity and interest in the data analytics/business intelligence space PopSQL operates in
