Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Controller to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting and Analysis:

   • Present financial data and reports to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

   • Continuously refine budgeting and forecasting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

3. Internal Controls and Compliance:

   • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial regulations.
   • Prepare for and facilitate external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.

4. Cash Management:

   • Monitor cash flows and manage working capital to ensure optimal liquidity for operational needs.
   • Make informed recommendations for investment opportunities and cash reserves.

5. Process Improvement:

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA qualification preferred).
• Proven experience (X years) in a financial management or controller role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
