Job Description

As the Executive Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, coordinating and meeting with their key stakeholders and providing regular status updates on pending requests. Your responsibilities will include helping clients optimize their use of Hypercore, providing employee training, configuring software accounts, creating reports, and assisting with data migration.

Experience Required

• Full professional proficiency in English
• Customer support or servicing experience
• Experience with modern web-based software
• Background or familiarity with lending/banking operations
• Advantage: knowledge of SQL for creating financial reports
