The Role
As our Electrical Engineering Manager you’ll be responsible for building a team of engineers to take full product lifecycle ownership of electrical power, signal, control and communication systems within Moxion’s products. Additionally, drive make/buy decisions for various controllers, displays, and high voltage components.
What you'll do:
-Own the electrical architecture definition, analysis, design, documentation, and compliance.
-Drive make/buy decisions for all of Moxion’s electrical components.
-Hire, oversee, and mentor a high-performance team of engineers.
-Guide technical direction for complex engineering challenges.
Skills to be successful:
-Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
-Previous experience and understanding in requirements management
-Demonstrated execution on real products at scale
-Strong understanding of control systems, power electronics, EMI/EMC, electrical integration.
-Previous experience working on electric vehicle powertrains, stationary energy storage systems, high voltage high power conversion systems, EV charging equipment, solar inverters.
-Demonstrated, impactful, and direct engineering leadership.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
