Summary
We’re looking for an Education Lead to help us coach the next billion software creators. You’ll be part of an early-stage Marketing team, building on a great foundation of educational content produced by Glide, our Experts, and Ambassadors. You’ll develop our education strategy and content production machine.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter who has experience in education or as a trainer in early-stage startups.
You will:
- Develop our education strategy and educational content production machine, including tutorials, webinars, product walk-throughs, tool tips, and other training materials.
- Continue developing our newly created LMS - made with Glide.
- Work with Glide Certified Experts and Ambassadors to produce educational content for different customer segments, use cases, and in different languages.
- Be responsible for our product documentation, creating new and updating existing content.
- Own strategy and execution of live training sessions, potentially hosting them as well.
- Partner closely with the Product team to increase product activation and engagement.
- Work with the rest of the Marketing team to include educational content in all relevant touch points, such as our website, community forum, email drip campaigns, etc.
- Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the implementation of technologies for delivering customer education.
- Establish, track, and report on key Education KPIs.
- Report directly to the VP of Marketing.
This job might be perfect for you if have...
- 5+ years in customer education, customer enablement, customer success, customer marketing, or Learning & Development, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience in crafting and successfully delivering educational/help content.
- Passion for solving customer problems and constantly identifying areas for improvement.
- Experience with learning and content management tools.
- Excellent written communication skills, with a particular knack for distilling complex concepts into approachable ones.
- Content creation experience building assets and materials.
