Our Director of Strategic Accounts will focus on forging deep relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to CareRev’s clients within an assigned portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about being the voice of the customer. You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit; and creative problem solving skills along with intellectual curiosity to get to the bottom of client issues and opportunities. What You’ll Do:

Responsible for the satisfaction, health, retention, and growth of an assigned portfolio Cultivate productive, trusted relationships with key client executives and stakeholders Serve as a strategic advisor and consultative partner, helping to identify opportunities for growth within the assigned account portfolio Influence a deeper client understanding of the CareRev platform and value proposition by presentation of data Support the strategy and execution of the commercial process for contract renewals, renegotiations, expansions, and SOW within assigned portfolio Facilitate regular Strategic Account review process for each client, including relationship mapping, issue identification, and action planning, in lead up to Quarterly Business Review Proactively assess, validate, and prioritize client needs on an ongoing basis, channeling input from clients into CareRev’s product roadmap and strategy Ability to identify and successfully forecast client needs to support CareRev’s operation teams to fulfill clients' needs Partner with Ops, product, and leadership, monitoring issue resolution and ensuring appropriate, timely follow up by CareRev team members Advocate internally on behalf of the client to overcome challenges with satisfaction and provide feedback to internal teams to address root cause of satisfaction issues Drive best in class CSAT/NPS scores Metrics for Success:

Revenue and Client Retention Client referenceability and satisfaction Same-Store Growth Targets Renewals and renegotiations What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in relationship management roles within healthcare (consulting, account management, etc.) Ability to generate trust among Healthcare executives, clinical leadership, and CareRev platform end users Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills A steady demeanor with the proven ability to determine when to escalate and how to prioritize competing inputs Commercial / business development acumen to identify and manage growth opportunities Proven success in growing business in existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling Excellent verbal and written communications skills, particularly in the realm of telling a compelling story of value Familiarity working with teams covering enterprise SaaS products and supporting corporate customers Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Salesforce experience preferred Google Suite Experience a positive Previous experience working in a high growth environment is a plus Ability to work in either Pacific or Mountain time zone is required 20%-30% travel is required within the Pacific Northwest region to include: Oregon, Seattle and Spokane COVID-19 vaccination is required The anticipated salary range for this position is $72,000 - $158,000. Equity, bonus or commission and benefits may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, depending on the position offered. If given an offer, the exact salary amount offered will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.
