Director of Demand Generation is a new position at Vue Storefront. We need a seasoned expert with great people management experience, who can take over, and elevate our growth teams. We need you to help us build a repeatable and scalable growth engine targeting eCommerce enterprises. You'll get full responsibility for all our growth efforts, and you'll get all the support from our Brand, Content, and Product marketing teams to succeed. We'd love to have a self-starter, who's comfortable working in a fully remote, scale up environment.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • You'll be responsible for Vue Storefront's demand generation strategy for our ICP.
  • Build and motivate your international demand gen team. You'll manage our BDR, SEO, Online campaigns, Website, and Analytics efforts. Potentially also content team.
  • Create, lead, put into action, monitor, and improve lead gen campaigns.
  • Reduce our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) while growing our marketing pipeline.
  • Optimize full funnel conversion (CRO) through data driven experimentation
  • Drive demand from a technical audience (Developers, DevOps, CTOs, and CIOs) who are modernizing their frontend. Industry knowledge is a big bonus.
  • Strenghten the growth mindset, and data-driven approach in the whole marketing organization.
  • Work closely with our VP of Marketing, Brand, Content, and Product marketing heads, and strengthen the collaboration with our Sales, Partnership and Customer Success teams.
  • Report progress and performance directly to the management.

What do we expect you to have?

  • 5+ years of leading growth/demand gen teams.
  • Experience in B2B Saas marketing for enterprises and for developer personas.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in outbound and inbound marketing, paid media, SEO, influencers, and social media advertising.
  • Experience in hiring and developing a team of experts, measuring impact, and maximizing return on investment
  • Strong analytical background and ability to translate data into insight into action
  • You have experience with developer tools and open-source projects.
  • Fluent in English
  • Nice to have:
    Experience in eCommerce, and Composable Commerce
