Director Enterprise Sales - EMEA

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. The EMEA Enterprise Sales Director will manage all enterprise sales in a specific region for the company and will support the sales strategy and plan to meet aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals. The role reports to Guro Bergan, GM EMEA for Fivetran.
This is a full-time position based out of our Paris, London or Munich office
What You’ll Do:

Grow EMEA Enterprise revenue by around 100% YoY

Support the development of Enterprise sales playbooks for the enterprise sales organization to support our shift to an upstream, land and expand, consumption-based business model

Partner closely with BDM, Partner, Marketing and Technical pre- and post-sales teams on the enterprise GTM strategy including: target market, value proposition, competitive advantages, product roadmap, marketing strategy, partner strategy and business development strategy

Standardize a repeatable sales processes around forecasting, metrics for success, outbounding (direct and through partners), and funnel creation to scale a productive and accountable commercial sales team

Uplevel, hire, and scale the Regional enterprise sales team
- Hire and coach - create an environment of team efficacy and continuous scale and improvement
- Establish process to drive the repeatable sales motion with playbook
- Emphasize training programs using Command of the Message and MEDDPICC
- Get stuck in with key customers and deals to drive the business forward and ensure value realization

Experience:
- Significant contribution to the success of a high-growth software company
- Experience managing high performing teams with a similar up and coming Enterprise GTM motion
- Ideally experience in the data and MDS space
- Ideally experience with consumption based pricing models
- Fluency in French or German would be highly advantageous for this role
