DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a DevOps engineer to join our team based out of our offices in Montreal, Quebec.
You will be the first dedicated DevOps engineer on the team. You will work alongside other engineers to ensure the reliability, usability, and security of our cloud infrastructures. Our software platform is used to deliver over 500,000 virtual patient visits per year and our engineering team ships software changes every day. You'll also be responsible for establishing DevOps best practices within the engineering team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage and improve our monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Manage and improve CI/CD tooling.
- Improve and maintain our cloud infrastructure.
- Use metrics to make informed decisions about scale and cost of cloud resources.
- Maintain security and compliance of systems to meet company requirements (HIPAA, ISO 27001)
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 5+ years experience as a DevOps engineer or similar role.
- Experience setting up and maintaining monitoring infrastructure (eg, Datadog, NewRelic, Grafana, Zabbix)
- Experience setting up and maintaining a cloud infrastructure, preferably in AWS.
- Working knowledge of Docker and containers.
- Good Linux sysadmin skills.
- Good programming skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cloud security.
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE:
- BS in computer science, math, or similar field.
- Experience at a fast-growing startup.
- Experience working in a CI/CD environment for executing automated tests, deployments, etc.
- Working knowledge of the Ruby programming language.
- Familiarity with the Healthcare industry and HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
COMPENSATION
In alignment with our values, Circle Medical has transparent salaries based on location (San Francisco, Montreal, or International Remote Contract), output levels, and options to trade cash for stock.
This is a full-time, salaried position, based in Montreal, Quebec, with an annual salary (cash and stock combined) of CAD$103,000- $124,000 plus, generous vacation, full medical/dental benefits (depending on working location.)

Ingénieur DevOps
DESCRIPTION
Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Ingénieur DevOps pour rejoindre notre équipe au sein de nos bureaux de Montréal, Québec.
Vous serez le premier ingénieur DevOps dédié au sein de l’équipe. Vous collaborez avec d’autres ingénieurs pour garantir la fiabilité, la convivialité et la sécurité de nos infrastructures infonuagiques. Notre plateforme logicielle permet de réaliser plus de 500 000 visites virtuelles de patients par an, et notre équipe d’ingénieurs apporte des modifications logicielles sur une base quasi quotidienne. Vous serez également chargé de l’établissement des meilleures pratiques DevOps à adopter au sein de l’équipe d’ingénierie
TÂCHES :

Gérer et améliorer nos systèmes de surveillance, de journalisation et d’alerte.

Gérer et améliorer les outils CI/CD.

Améliorer et maintenir notre infrastructure infonuagique.

Mettre à profit des métriques pour prendre des décisions éclairées sur la portée et le coût des ressources infonuagiques.

Maintenir la sécurité et la conformité des systèmes pour répondre aux exigences de l’entreprise (HIPAA, ISO 27001).
QUALIFICATIONS :

Expérience de trois ans ou plus en tant qu’ingénieur DevOps ou dans un rôle similaire.

Expérience de la mise en œuvre et de la maintenance d’une infrastructure de surveillance (par exemple, Datadog, NewRelic, Grafana, Zabbix).

Expérience de la mise en œuvre et de la maintenance d’une infrastructure infonuagique, de préférence dans AWS.

Connaissance pratique de Docker et des conteneurs.

Bonnes compétences d’administrateur système Linux.

Bonnes compétences en programmation.

Excellente connaissance de la sécurité infonuagique.
