You'll partner with our growth and product team to create groundbreaking technology and design an experience that helps educate people globally on the ins-and-outs of business formation while also making it a magical product experience. What you will do

• Help guide our overall strategy through design, prototyping, and market research. You will set the design foundation for our company from the ground up, brick by brick.
• Report directly to our head of design.
• Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis with a focus on relentlessly improving our user experience through design.
• Partner closely with marketing to communicate brand value.
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results.
• Present your roadmap at company-wide check-ins.
• Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors. We are looking for someone with a love for ideas, who is also able to execute them.

Who you are

• A Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field and 1-3+ years experience in design and are a problem solver
• Excellent attention to detail and superb communication skills
• You are rock steady in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator) is required. Motion graphic skills are not required, but definitely a plus :) And so is Figma!
• A hunger to create and improve systems, and a flexible, humble, and curious mindset
• Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency - you can balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results. You are flexible and focused on solutions.
• The ability to produce consistently excellent visual work (from conceptualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos to product design including UI & UX). You don’t have to have experience in everything, but a willingness to learn is a must.
• Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You are organized and self-sufficient
