Deployment IT Manager

Nextera Robotics is currently seeking a highly qualified Deployment IT Manager. The Deployment IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and maintenance of robotics equipment across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement deployment strategies to ensure robots and software are deployed efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and manage deployment teams to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Work with construction teams to ensure that deployments are properly integrated with existing infrastructure.
• Collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve issues related to deployment and maintenance of robots.
• Manage the deployment of robots and equipment across the US.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to deployment processes and procedures.
• Hire and supervise a team of remote deployment technicians

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, MIS or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, including experience with deployment and maintenance of software, networks, or robots
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment tools like linux, CLI, docker, AWS
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Bonus:

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience
• Experience with hardware assembly and maintenance
• Experience with software development
