Deploy the product that powers better access to banking
Prelim is how banks onboard their customers for business checking accounts, personal loans, etc online. Prelim is a platform that banks white label to match the bank's design that automates the digital opening of all the bank's products and services.
Join us as we increase access to banking and financial services, helping banks and financial institutions provide a better, more modern experience. We're a fully remote US team, and are live with several of the largest banks in America.
You will:
- Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact for our customers
- Own the entire post-sale customer journey and spend the majority of your time interacting with customers and ensuring their success using Prelim
- Tackle technical limitations or opportunities in Prelim that need solving via code (e.g. a bug, a missing feature, etc.)
- Be the voice of our largest customers and represent their needs to the rest of the organization
- Demo Prelim and answer questions about how to make the best use of the product
- Create technical content to demonstrate best practices (e.g. sample apps, documentation, videos, etc.)
- Suss out the blockers for a customer in adopting Prelim — and overcome them through content, education, product improvements, and training
- Help interview and grow the deployed engineering team
You may be a fit for this role if you:
- 2-3 years experience as an engineer.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Javascript, and APIs
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems during calls with technical customers
