🔥 So what will I do?
As a Customer Success Manager, you will both manage your own book of business, and work directly with the leadership team to improve our processes:
- Point of contact for over 50 customers within 3 months
- Execute strategies to increase adoption of Kula in law firms (e.g. craft and deliver presentations on compelling new use-cases of Kula to customers)
- Design new processes for customer success at Kula
- Work with Kula’s technology team to automate customer success processes
