Riot is recruiting its first customer success manager! We’re on a mission to turn employees into companies' biggest cybersecurity asset, and you will be in charge of keeping our ever-growing customer base happy.
More than ever, cyber attacks are putting businesses at risk. 90% of the time, these attacks start with a human error. Riot is here to put an end to this.
We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the plaform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, employees are getting challenged by simulated phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers — but in a safe environment.
Created in 2020, Riot has raised $3m with top-notch investors (Y Combinator, Funders Club and Frst Capital), and is now protecting more than 100,000 employees (growing 15% every month) in over 500 companies (including Intercom, Deel and Deezer) all over the world. We're currently 15 in the team, split between Paris, France and New York.
About the role
You will be the first hire in the customer success team. Up to this day, customer success has been done by the sales team: they onboard and follow their accounts. We love our customers and want to make them happy. That's why we now feel the need to have a team dedicated to that.
You will be in charge of setting up the processes to onboard and retain our users. It's a role where you will have a lot of flexibility. If you love working on blank pages, in a fast growing environment, you will love this role.
About you
- You're an explorer. We're in the early days of Riot, it's expected from this position that you explore and discover what works and what doesn't.
- You previously had at least a successful experience in a customer success team.
- You speak fluently English and French. Our customer base is everywhere in Europe and in the US.
- Ideally, you've used Intercom in the past. This is the tool we use to serve customers.
