Customer Success Manager - Popl Teams

Hi there, we are Popl!

• We are looking for a Customer Success Manager. You will be working mostly with clients that are using our platform, and work directly with our data scientists, software team, and customer service team. You will be onboarding our new clients and assisting our current clients with tech support requests. Popl Teams is our new, team based, desktop platform that provides businesses a new way to manage their companies digital business cards from one central dashboard.

Summary on Popl:

• Popl is the next generation business card. Professionals use our NFC products + QR codes to instantly share contact info with potential clients. Our goal is to completely replace the business card with rapidly growing NFC + QR Code technology that allows our users to get more connections, more leads and more sales in a contactless, environmentally friendly way!

What are we Looking For:

• A self-starter who is enthusiastic, great with people, skilled in trouble shooting, and excited to become our newest Popl Enterprise expert.
• General customer service experience + tech support experience (not required, but tech support experience is a plus)
• Ability to maintain daily email and text correspondence with clients as well as phone support
• Ability to work with our SQL backend to address various user requests (training provided)
• Ability to troubleshoot customers’ technological difficulties (customer issues can range from simple to difficult in nature). Note: adequate training will be provided for developing troubleshooting skills and team will be available to assist with complex tickets
