At Storylane, we are on a mission to let marketing and sales teams share product demos with buyers to drive Product-led growth.
As one of the first customer success hires, you'll work with our customers to onboard them, train them on new features and help them with integrations. Your goal will be to have customers who are well educated on Storylane and ramp up quickly to create Storylanes. You'll also have a knack to review their "storytelling" when they build these Storylane experiences and suggest improvements to their guided tours.
You'll be the first touchpoint with the customers after a sale is made. The right candidate will have good listening, understanding of customer needs, and great communication skills over zoom and email. You should be well organized and have the ability to work with many customers. While the job is remote, you should be available in US time zones.
