We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated candidate who is excited to work at a fast-growing startup as a Customer Onboarding Manager. The primary focus of this role is to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for new Rinsed customers, delighting them along the way.
A typical day for this position at Rinsed includes the following:
- Own and execute the customer onboarding journey from start to finish
- Become an expert on the Rinsed application and provide training and support to ensure proper use of the software
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the onboarding process
- Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing any concerns and addressing them in a timely manner
- Continuously gather feedback from customers to improve the onboarding process
- Be a friendly point of contact for customers starting their Rinsed journeys
About You:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, customer support, or a relevant role
- You have experience in a SaaS environment
- You are a multi-tasker and self-starter, with strong time management and prioritization skills
- You are passionate about helping customers get the most out of the Rinsed platform
- You care deeply about the success of each customer, their clients, and your teammates
- You have strong communication and problem-solving skills
