Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join Homebase as a Corporate Development and M&A Intern. The ideal candidate would be a great fit for our energetic and creative team. You will have a chance to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of capital raising, whether that be debt or equity;
Prepare required documents for investors, banks, venture funds, and institutions alike
Improve operational efficiency pertaining to financial aspects, devise strategies to reduce operating costs, and increase revenue.
Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives
Conduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities
Serve as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other internal groups, etc.), working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goal
Manage financial/operational dashboards to monitor business line performance and analyze business drivers
Conduct market research and produce market reports
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
We are looking for candidates who have:
Background as juniors, seniors, or fresh graduates in areas such as Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related majors
Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese.

Monthly compensation: 4,600,000 VND (1,000,000 VND increment every 4 months);
