Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a well-versed content marketing specialist/manager to join our growing marketing team and help us continue producing excellent content that attracts and retains customers across various channels. This is a high visibility role with product, sales, engineering, and CX exposure. This role will be responsible for the ideation and execution of content marketing efforts and measurement.

Who are we looking for

We are looking for risk-takers with diverse experience able to provide fearless feedback.

You will have the following responsibilities

• Support in the development and execution of insightful and knowledge-packed content to attract and engage our target personas across multiple channels such as blogs, web and landing pages, social media, and emails
• Manage the content editorial and Social Media calendar and coordinate with in-house marketing design to build and engage audiences. 
• Measure and optimize the content marketing campaigns across various channels and provide performance reports. 
• Continuously optimize our website to rank better on Google. 
• As a core member of a newly formed marketing team, you'll strongly influence the branding and communications strategy and own and manage high-visibility projects from idea to execution alongside a strong, supportive marketing team. 

Minimum requirements

• Are an excellent, persuasive writer and (probably) a native English speaker
• Know how to create a content plan that aligns with our broader marketing and communication strategy
• Are comfortable putting together, and execute on, marketing campaigns with short notice
• Have worked with a marketing automation system in the past (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Love working with social media and filling our accounts with inspirational content that engages our audience
• Are familiar with digital marketing concepts like SEO, Performance Marketing, and inbound marketing, and know-how to measure campaigns with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Hubspot, and more. 
• You can stand out from the crowd if you can also put together short, simple videos/animations for social media.
