With great communication skills, curiosity, and an analytical profile, this person will be one of the main points of contact with our resellers.
The Community Management area exists to ensure that we offer an amazing experience to our best entrepreneurs, keeping them engaged and selling more and more. For this, we have the challenge of understanding their pains, what engages them, and what makes them sell more in a scalable way, considering that every day we have amazing entrepreneurs joining us! Responsibilities
- Analyze the experience of our best resellers with Vendah in a cross-cutting and strategic way, suggesting improvements in the journey that generate greater engagement and productivity of the base.
- Lead, develop and implement best practices for Vendah resellers.
- Develop Retention strategies for the best resellers in the base
- Ensure increased sales productivity;
- Implement sales analysis, KPIs and reseller follow-ups;
- Conduct in-depth base analyses, create segmentations, and understand sales behaviors.
- Implement experiments to increase base productivity
- Report important metrics for the business activity and productivity of the base
- Develop and deliver training based on needs;
- Act strategically, actively proposing solutions for the development and engagement of resellers
- Work closely with our best Vendah entrepreneurs, holding meetings, visits, and small events to support their development.
Profile and Qualifications
- Ability to organize/plan multiple projects simultaneously and change priorities as needed.
- Interest in process monitoring, quantitative and qualitative analysis,
- Strong analytical skills;
- Hands-on, enjoying understanding the problem in depth and operationalizing experiments
- Experience in People Management;
- Experience with large sales teams and large-scale sales;
- Influencer profile, with good verbal and written communication;
- Ability to present information clearly and appropriately;
- Work well in a team;
- Proactivity, Cooperation, Organization, Responsibility and Focus on Results.
- Ease with active listening and empathy;
- Emotional intelligence and resilience.
