As a community manager for finance related communities, you will be responsible for building and nurturing healthy communities on FrontPage. You will be the face of the company in FrontPage communities.
What will you do at Frontpage
- Interact with the community to drive healthy communication and collaboration.
- Develop community guidelines and moderation strategy to ensure quality and fairness.
- Run creator programs to onboard and educate target creators leveraging workshops & events.
- Lead social initiatives. Build and lead our social media presences across platforms.
What we we are looking for
- MUST HAVE: Intermediate understanding of financial markets - trading, investing, macro, micro
- You have stellar communication skills. Can communicate well across channels in a compelling way.
- You are empathetic. You can put yourself in the shoes of our customers and stay calm during difficult conversations.
- You are creative. Can adapt quickly to new information and can come with creative solutions.
Bonus points:
- Prior experience in social, support, or community role.
- Sizeable personal following on platforms like Twitter or Instagram.
