We are looking for a Cohort Operations Intern who will work with our Cohort Operations Manager (Leah Nicolai) to coordinate cohort deliver).
You will assist in executing three delivery stages:
Pre-Cohort
- Assist with setup to ensure smooth and seamless execution for instructors and learners before the
cohort begins
- Finalize learner login and monitor portal activity
- Run through Zoom set up with instructors
During-Cohort
- Be point-of-contact for learners and instructors
- Foster a learner community within each cohort
- Manage questions and events/interactions outside of live sessions
Post-Cohort
- Assist in managing communication in the alumni network
- Generate cohort certificates
