We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.
At Bot MD, we build products that delight clinical users and are powered by our proprietary NLP chat engine. Our flagship product Bot MD Hospital helps clinical users instantly search for hospital information that usually sits in silos. Our newly launched product Bot MD Care uses our A.I. to power popular chat platforms like WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram etc to help doctors and nurses scale remote patient monitoring and care.
We are looking for Clinical Product interns who are hungry to help us scale our product platforms to reach millions of clinical users globally.
As a member of our Clinical Product team, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting projects and products. For Bot MD Hospital, you will assist to train and integrate content from hospitals and third party professional medical resources into Bot MD Hospital. For Bot MD Care, you will learn about and assist in the operations (e.g. set-up, testing) of a remote patient monitoring solution. Responsibilities
- Help to integrate hospital clinical content into Bot MD Hospital
- Assist with operations including set-up of Bot MD Care
- Assist with quality analysis of products & features during development and post-launch
- Participate in idea-generation for clinical product improvements
Required Skills
- Familiarity with spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets) and word processing
- Familiarity with various clinical reference tools (e.g. UpToDate, Lexicomp, MDCalc)
- Ability to read and interpret clinical information under supervision
- Ability to empathize with and understand our users, both patients & clinicians
- Conscientious and able to communicate complex information well
- Currently pursuing a relevant course of study (e.g. Pharmacy, Nursing etc.)
