Reports to: CEO
Position Summary:
The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in assisting the CEO with day-to-day operations and strategic planning. This position serves as a liaison between the CEO and other key members of the executive team and the broader organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively manage a diverse range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on operational, administrative, and strategic matters.
Coordinate and facilitate executive meetings and manage follow-ups, ensuring key decisions are implemented.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate communication and alignment on strategic initiatives.
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives in line with the organization's objectives.
Oversee special projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner.
Represent the CEO in meetings and other engagements when necessary.
Manage the preparation of materials and agendas for executive meetings and events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in a senior management role; experience in the same industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
