Your outcomes
- Improve performance metrics throughout the funnel (top funnel, Conversion Rates, rebuy rates, retention rates).
- Contribute to producing sustainable and profitable LTV and CAC metrics.
- Build and nourish brand voice/Identity/awareness.
Your day-to-day
- Create and supervise Baubap’s voice throughout all public interactions
- Develop on and offline ad campaigns
- Produce relevant content for SM and general digital presence
- Manage marketing, media, and support teams
- Develop existing acquisition channels and build new ones.
- Manage customer journey in coordination with Customer Support, Data Science, and Software Development teams.
