Founded by IIT Bombay alumni, HelpNow is a 24x7 tech-powered Ambulance Service, reducing ambulance arrival time from 50 minutes to 10 minutes – providing sanitized and well-equipped ambulances with ventilators to patients, healthcare workers, hospitals, testing labs and Government bodies through our helpline 88222 88222. We are building India's most reliable Emergency Medical Response service to save more than 24 Lakh lives an year! About This Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader, having preferably worked with a start-up in the capacity of a Founder/ Top Management, to join our company as CEO (Chief Executive Officer). The coveted role will include delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, strategy, and working closely with/ reporting to the Board of Directors.

As a CEO, your role will be crucial for the overall success of the company.

Job Description · Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors. · Partner with high-level officers/ investors to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability and profitability. · Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings. · Work closely with the Finance Department to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the Board of Directors with regard to investment risk and return. · Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement. · Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers. · Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges. · Communicate, on behalf of the company, with shareholders and Government entities.

Job Requirements · The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up. · Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. · Proven track record of building successful products and high performing-teams from the ground up. · Prior working experience in developing digital products and solutions. · Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly. · Excellent leadership and motivational skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts.
