The Role

You will

• Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Provide training and education to employees on compliance matters
• Serve as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies

You are

• Detail-oriented and analytical
• A strong communicator and collaborator
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and able to navigate ambiguity

You (ideally) have

• A JD or other relevant legal degree
• Aced both the Series 24 and 63 exam with Finra
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
• Experience in the fintech industry or a related field
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
