Job Description
Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Business Operations Intern. If you are looking for a holistic internship that will expose you to basically every function of the company, the Business Operations Intern role is probably the most suitable position.

The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high-performing team and across functions, and will have the following responsibilities:

Be entrusted with core operational responsibilities pertaining to the smooth running of the company;

Work across various functions to ensure operational excellence;

Execute strategic projects and initiatives for management that ensure the success of our company;

Design and improve systems, processes and workflows;
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:

Students who are currently still pursuing their undergraduate / bachelor's degree;

Academic excellence from top local or foreign university;

Based in HCMC;
-
Able to commit at least 6 months in either full-time or part-time capacity;

Working proficiency in English (fluency is desired but not a requirement).

Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations

High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
