Job Description  

Homebase is looking for a talented candidate to join the team as a Business Operations Intern. The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with the core members of our high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities_:_

• Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that help drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company;

• Conduct in-depth stakeholder research, including but not limited to customers, competitors, intermediaries, etc. and develop a deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities;

• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans;

• Create, maintain product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements & ensure company-wide alignment ;

• Participate in collecting customer feedback, communicating, and interviewing Homebase's customers and partners;

• Participate in other departments' operation processes and ensure the operations run smoothly and effectively;

• Support in building and operating both individual department' and the company's processes;

• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments;

• Create and present weekly or monthly internal and external reports;

• Perform seasonal tasks and projects; join in large projects in need of manpower along with other departments;

• Prior experience working in management consulting/ strategy planning/ marketing/ product management/ growth;

• Proactive and passionate : You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations 

• High-energy, team-first attitude : You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business 

• Highly analytical : You’re analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real-world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models. 

• Concise and effective communications : You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese

• ‘Be of service’ attitude: You’re committed to delving deep into and resolving the challenges experienced by both our internal (company) and external customers.
