Come join us on this incredible journey as an early member of our sales team. 

Your Role

  • You’re the pipeline engine – you’ll generate new business pipeline by prospecting outbound opportunities in our key personas
  • You’re a multi-channel expert – you’ll meet the prospect where they are, generating interest through email, LinkedIn, social, phone, and wherever else our prospects are
  • You’re tech savvy – you’ll learn to use world class tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Scratchpad, Gong, to increase your productivity and efficiency
  • You’re creative – you’ll think of new ways to break into our target market and create outreach strategies that increase the output of the whole team

You Will

  • Partner closely with our VP of Sales and Account Executives to identify and source meetings that lead to pipeline and closed revenue
  • Prospect across a high volume of accounts, with a keen eye on strategically prioritizing your time
  • Become a market expert – researching and understanding our target industries and personas, and what makes them tick
  • Build a point of view on how to help customers with their needs and the right qualifying questions to ask
  • Be adaptable and flexible – as part of an early-stage hyper growth company, we are rapidly growing out our process but we want to you to help shape our sales process

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of professional sales experience in B2B software (preferably)
  • Consistent history of crushing quota
  • Insatiable drive to achieve goals and grow your career
  • High degree of organization and time management
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Comfortable using sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc
  • Willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers, company, and yourself succeed
