Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with startups and other entities, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Market Monitoring: Stay vigilant of market trends and identify companies that could leverage PlayHT’s voice AI technology.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust partnership pipeline, driving opportunities through each stage of the funnel.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, lasting relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive successful partnerships and deliver positive experiences with PlayHT.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities within the sales department based on the organization's needs and priorities.
- Performance Tracking: Track key metrics related to partnerships, including revenue generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on the status and performance of partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, and executing commercial deals.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a software startup or big tech company, with a solid understanding of voice AI products.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and concisely communicate the value proposition to potential partners.
- Relationship Building: Strong skills in developing and nurturing relationships.
- Negotiation Skills: Capable of independently drafting and negotiating legal agreements.
