Ownership
You will be responsible for building a massive consumer fintech brand and driving organic user acquisition across digital and offline channels:
- affiliates / influencers
- earned media
- content
- ATL
Looking for
- 3+ years of growth-focused experience in D2C brand marketing; startup experience preferred
- Demonstrated tangible improvements in organic growth and brand recognition metrics
- Hands-on experience with earned media, affiliates/influencers and content
- Experience in using customer/market research and analytics to develop and improve growth strategy
- Interest in fintech and in working on financial well-being products
- Great storytelling skills
- Strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done
- General understanding of how financial services and lending in the US works
