As an Associate Product Manager, you will improve our products and launch new ones to build a meaningful experience for our users as we scale to 1 million families by 2025. This role has a good scope for growth, you will learn and develop your skills in different product areas and soon start leading products independently.
How you'll be making an impact

Deeply understand Dost's users, product model, systems and impact framework.

Build an empathetic, delightful, and impactful user experience by running experiments, iterating and launching new features and products

As we scale, understand new partner and user requirements, ensure smooth product launches with required customizations, and proper organizational functioning by building internal product processes

Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the proper functioning of technical systems, surface issues and failures at the earliest possible and help in prioritizing and fixing them.

Be the voice of the users, partners, and team members in providing inputs to introduce new product processes or improvements.

Document and communicate the product approach, processes and learnings in a simple and consistent manner so that Dost's product, approach, and systems improve over time
