Mindee is the leading developer tool that powers document understanding. We are looking for our next Account manager to join us!

Our mission is to provide developers with an API able to parse any type of document with better than human accuracy. We’re already deployed with top players in France, like Qonto, Spendesk, or Payfit, and are rapidly expanding in Europe and North America. We raised a $14M Series A led by GGV Capital in 2021, just after graduating from Y Combinator (YC).

  • We are growing our customer base internationally, so we need more hands 🖐️  — specifically, you’ll operate as the lead point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of existing customers & building long-lasting relationships
  • We care deeply about our customers experience with our products — so we need you to understand your customers' goals and priorities to unlock 🔓 the full partnership potential (from onboarding to promotion)
  • We have ambitious sales targets 📈 - which means we need your help growing the ARR of your customers and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • We seek to proactively ensure customer satisfaction ✨ at each stage of the customer journey - that means spotting customer risk, negotiating renewals, manage support issues, and report portfolio performance
  • We’re a start up, which means there is everything to build and/or improve 🚀 - helps us create process, coordinate internal and client stakeholders for the development of current and future partnerships

You have probably already benefited from our engines without knowing it. For instance when submitting an expense receipt or a purchase, onboarding administratively to a new position, selling or buying a car, requesting travel arrangements, subscribing to insurance, or opening a bank account or a financial plan. Documents are everywhere.

Thus we manage clients from a very wide diversity of markets and are integrated into even more business processes that involve documents.We’ve proven a very strong organic growth among our customers with a very low churn rate. We aim to grow from a hundred to thousands of customers in the coming months.

As Account Manager, you will be key to embrace all the excitement and challenge that this fast growth entails. Moreover, you’ll be crucial to ensure and develop Mindee’s client service level, as well as to improve our practices and make our process more scalable.

We’d love to talk to you if you…

  • Have 2 to 5 years in a customer-facing role, ideally at least one year as an Account Manager
  • Worked in a fast-growing company tech start-up or scale-up
  • Are an empathetic problem solver who thrives on creativity
  • Are comfortable building both internal and client cross-functional team relationships and driving stakeholders to action
  • Are adaptable in your approach with a diverse set of partners (developers, product managers, data scientists, legal experts, c-level)
  • Are curious about AI, technology and even more for their applications in many industries
