Key Responsibilities:

Interface with Customers: Engage with customers using our API and Agent product offerings, understanding their needs and pain points to provide prompt and effective solutions.

Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring ongoing communication and proactive problem-solving.

Sales Enablement: Assist in creating and refining sales materials, including presentations, demos, and case studies, to clearly communicate the value of our products.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in AI and speech synthesis to enhance customer interactions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, engineering, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales through post-sales.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Account Executive role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferred. However, we welcome candidates with relevant experience who can share a compelling story about their pivot post-college.

Customer Success: Proven track record of driving positive outcomes for customers.
