We're looking for hungry Account Executives to help us bring marketing & sales automation to a new frontier: selling to local businesses. This is a unique opportunity where the clients you'll be working with are in sales and you get to demo a product designed to be used by SDRs and sales representatives. 

Resquared (W21) launched the first lead generation platform specifically designed specifically to reach local businesses. Our clients are saving time, generating more leads, and serving local businesses with higher quality products.

We're a fully funded, fast-growing startup in need of talented & hungry team members to reinvent how small businesses buy products.

Who We're Looking For

The Account Executive role at Resquared provides a unique opportunity - we're looking for talented, ambitious sales professionals who can manage high velocity sales cycles, while also navigating a scrappy and strategic closing process.

As an AE, you will be responsible for prospecting & qualifying both outbound and inbound leads, running demos, identifying decision-makers, and closing deals.

We are building a team from the ground up that requires a "winning" attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. As an Account Executive at Resquared, you will first learn our sales playbook that helped us become one of the fastest-growing startups in the W21 batch and have the opportunity to help evolve our process and build pipeline. This is a great opportunity to start or grow your sales career! This position reports directly to our Director of Sales.

What You'll Do: 

  • Manage outbound calls and communications daily to cold & warm prospects

  • Achieve monthly metrics along with weekly and daily targets 

  • Employ our highly consultative, non-pushy sales methodology 

  • Resilience. You will face rejection often. You must be resilient and know that each rejection brings you closer to your next success 

  • Quickly assess the quality of a prospect to determine the viability of sales opportunities - Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand our competitor landscape 

  • Run product demonstrations 

  • Build strong networks in and outside the Landed organization 

  • Collaborate with the team to improve our processes and add efficiencies for the team 

  • Adapt to changes in your process - we are always development and testing new ideas

  • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM

An Ideal Candidate would have: 

  • 1-2+ Years in similar sales or development role required 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced & evolving SaaS Environment 

  • Ability to quickly develop relationships and establish credibility through consultative needs-based conversation 

  • Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve our prospects' business needs 

  • Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written 

  • Comfortable meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and handling rejections 

  • Must have a positive attitude, confidence, and desire to be the best 

  • Reliable, strong, and positive work ethic 

  • Strong organization and time management skills and ability to work independently
