Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and deal closing.
- Provide detailed product demos and articulate the technical aspects and benefits of Writesonic’s products to potential clients.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to answer product-related questions and overcome objections during the sales process.
- Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure our solutions meet client needs.
- Regularly report on sales activity and forecast to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Account Executive or similar customer-facing role in a SaaS company.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing.
- Technical background with the ability to understand and explain our product and its benefits clearly.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
