We’re looking for a result-oriented, hands-on Account Executive to write our sales playbook.
You will reach out to existing users and help them boost productivity and improve their communications through Text Blaze.
In the process, you’ll build relationships with Text Blaze users in a variety of roles and industries and play a major role in helping them achieve their business goals. You will hear more WOWs and get more thank you emails than ever before.
You will work independently and share your findings with Text Blaze’s co-founders and employees to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development and/or Account Executive roles, preferably in a bottoms-up sales (Product-Led Growth) company.
- Experimental mindset with ability to learn and iterate quickly.
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and sell new technologies.
- User empathy and a drive to see users succeed
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from lead to close
- Establish relationships with existing Text Blaze users through outbound communication.
- Understand our users’ needs and help them achieve their goals by educating them and helping them take full advantage of Text Blaze’s features.
- Initiate, negotiate, and close new and renewal contracts with customers.
- Test different sales approaches and messaging and write our sales playbook.
- Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
