ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a tenacious and empathetic Account Executive to work alongside the leadership team to target and convert institutional real estate investors across the country. The right candidate is someone who is excited to get in on the ground floor and help create and scale a new category of the clean energy economy. The financial and climate impact opportunities are both massive, and we’re supported by tailwinds such as growing ESG pressures and huge tax incentives included in the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
Responsibilities:
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to engage and close institutional real estate investors
- Identify and develop channel partner relationships
- Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, marketing, product, and engineering to enable company-wide improvements
- Leverage our CRM (Hubspot) to track activities and measure campaign performance
Requirements:
- Experience with with B2B enterprise sales and business development
- Sales to commercial real estate in any capacity - broker, technology, or vendor services.
- Flexibility to sell remotely or travel to meet with customers
- Familiarity with G Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and Hubspot
- Highly agile mindset; ability to stay organized and excel in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
- You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and dive in.
- Past experience in solar sales or development is a nice to have, but not necessary
Compensation is a mix of base salary, commission, equity, and benefits. The salary range listed is OTE range based on experience, but commission is not capped and earnings can exceed the range.
