About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious account executive who wants to rapidly learn the skills needed to become a true sales leader. As the first-ever AE hire at OneSchema, you’ll have an extensive impact on our sales strategy, pipeline, and product strategy.
You’ll report directly to the CEO, and partner with our Sales Engineer to manage every part of the sales process with clients across a variety of industries. You’ll use your expertise to help reshape our playbook, which will position you well to mentor future OneSchema sales hires down the road. You’ll also be mentored yourself by our talented, accomplished sales advisors including the VP of Sales at Airtable, Head of SMB at Notion, and Director of Sales at Webflow.

What you’ll do

Own end-to-end sales cycle for both inbound and outbound leads, including leading calls/demos with clients, negotiating, and closing deals

Generate outbound leads to fuel OneSchema’s sales pipeline, such as through prospecting to companies via cold calls, email, marketing campaigns, etc.

Partner with the CEO to build and refine sales strategy and playbook

Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results in Salesforce
Who you are
Essentials:
-
3+ years of experience in sales of a technical B2B product
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
-
Experience prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing clients

Experience using CRM such as Salesforce to manage sales pipeline

Impeccable organization skills and attention to detail
-
Proven, consistent track record of delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual quota AND of moving sales cycle forward according to timeline

Energized by a small team environment where you will have plenty of autonomy and ownership
