About the role

Own the full sales cycle for sales-involved deals across all types of prospects, from SMBs to midmarket and beyond

Ensure healthy customer retention and expansion through consultative partnership

Be the voice of the customer to other teams within PopSQL such as engineering, product, and design

Be an exemplary ambassador for PopSQL, both internally and externally

Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences
About you
-
3+ years in a software sales role, 2+ years of which are in a closing role. Bonus points for selling to a technical audience

Deeply consultative and aware of opportunities to solve root problems for prospects

Naturally persuasive, curious, and personable with excellent discovery and closing skills

Consistently hits or is above quota. Bonus points for working at a successful early/mid stage startup

Relentless about hitting goals. If one path fails, quickly find another path

Strong communicator, both verbal and written
