We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Jiga, a manufacturing platform that is revolutionizing the manufacturing industry. The Account Executive will play a crucial role in developing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ultimately helping them build efficient supply chains through our platform.
This role requires an individual with a passion for sales, deep technical expertise in manufacturing, and a solid understanding of design for manufacturing and custom manufacturing technologies like CNC Machining and Injection Molding. We are looking for someone who displays the attitude, and amplitude to not only get the job done but grow with our rapidly expanding company.
Location
US-based - Remote work is available with flexible hours around the GMT-6 timezone (+-3 hours flexibility).

Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Jiga's offerings and how they can benefit potential clients in the manufacturing industry.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders within our target customer segment.
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Support and consult clients about their manufacturing needs and match them with relevant suppliers on our platform.
- Collaborate with the team to understand customer requirements, providing feedback and insight to help shape our product and service offerings.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records using CRM tools like Hubspot.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating consistent progress towards objectives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in similar sales, business development roles.
- Deep technical expertise in manufacturing, specifically in areas of design for manufacturing and custom manufacturing technologies like CNC Machining and Injection Molding.
- Experience in a start-up environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools and other digital workspaces like Slack, Google Suite, Notion, and Loom.
- A positive attitude, empathy, high energy, and the ability to work well in a team setting.
