As Customer Hero you are in direct contact with all of our sophisticated customers and will make their day.
What you will be doing:
Master of all communication channels: Speak to customers on the phone, reply via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, write letters….
Be customers’ best friend and make their day
Collect data about customer happiness, help analyse customer segments and behaviour, support building a tailored user experience
Work closely with our operations and kitchen crew to perform last minute miracles
Amaze customers with your responsiveness and friendliness
