About Roger
Roger is an AI-powered SDR that automates outbound sales from end to end. We help small to mid-sized teams scale pipeline without stacking tools. Backed by Y Combinator, Roger handles lead sourcing, outreach, follow-ups, and booking - all in your tone of voice.
We’re growing quickly and hiring a head of sales to help build and scale our go-to-market motion. You’ll join early, own deals end to end, shape strategy, and work directly with the founder to define the next phase of sales at Roger.
What You’ll Do
- Own the sales process from qualified lead (what Roger does) to close
- Run high-quality discovery, demos, and negotiations with decision-makers
- Manage pipeline effectively using Roger’s internal tooling and CRM
- Build relationships with RevOps, founders, and sales teams in our ICP
- Ensure customer success for Roger’s customers with their campaigns
- Collaborate on pricing, positioning, and product feedback with the founder
- Shape the future of the US sales function and hiring roadmap
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record hitting or exceeding quota
- Strong communicator who can sell consultatively and push deals forward
- Self-sufficient, coachable, and comfortable in ambiguity
- Bonus: you've worked in a startup or been a “first sales hire” before
- You’re excited to be a key player in building the US commercial function from scratch
Compensation

Base salary: $90,000–$110,000

OTE: $130,000–$150,000 (uncapped commission)
