About the Role
Insurance is waking up to AI. Every carrier, broker, and MGA is asking how to automate their call centers - and we're building the platform that makes it happen.
We're looking for a Chief of Staff to be the CEO's right hand in capturing this momentum. You'll work directly with Amir to drive pipeline, close deals, and build the systems to scale our go-to-market motion. The role is simple: do whatever it takes to win. Manage enterprise relationships. Plan conference strategy. Build demos. Launch outbound campaigns. If it drives revenue and growth, it's yours to own.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to become a department leader at Strada. For the right candidate, there's a clear path to Head of Strategy & Operations, Head of Growth, or other leadership roles overseeing a function as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Execute go-to-market initiatives: Plan and execute conference strategies, product launches, and customer engagement campaigns
- Support strategic priorities: Work directly with the CEO on high-priority projects spanning sales, marketing, operations, and strategy
- Build sales infrastructure: Create repeatable processes, sales collateral, and internal systems as we scale from startup to growth stage
- Be a utility player: Jump into whatever needs to get done - whether it's customer success, operations, recruiting, or helping close a key deal
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2-4 years of experience
- Background at a B2B startup, consulting firm, and/or investment bank
- Proven ability to execute across sales, marketing, and operations without needing a playbook
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a "get it done" attitude
- Strong communication skills - you can talk to anyone from engineers to C-level executives
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Bonus points:
- Experience working with B2B sales or marketing organizations
- Previous work in insurance, fintech, or regulated industries
- Aspiration to start your own company someday
