The Role
We're seeking an experienced Marketing Lead with a passion for B2B SaaS and a knack for growing market awareness. Our ideal candidate is a natural writer, creative, communicative, and possesses a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing: Launch feature emails and social media posts.

Social Media: Regularly post on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Product Hunt, and Hacker News. Engage audience and promote 1Flow in various Slack communities.

Partnerships: Build affiliations with agencies and co-marketing partners. Manage press releases and tech-centric publication features.

Performance Marketing: Manage ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Work with designers to create creatives and edit copies.

CRO: Analyze conversion funnels to understand user behavior. Develop email and push campaigns for user activation.

Content Marketing and SEO: Write extensively on technical and business topics. Understand SEO fundamentals and manage freelance writers for content generation.

Growth Experimentations: Test growth channels and learn from data.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced marketer with a track record in growing seed stage B2B SaaS companies.
- Skilled in lead form creation, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, articles, and social media posts.
- Excels in writing and has experience with image and video creation.
- Has created landing pages and understands the marketing funnel for B2B SaaS.
- Scrappy, creative, action-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Presentable and experienced in product/user research.
- Hardworking, highly motivated, and empathetic towards users.
