What You’ll Do

• Analyze, track, and report on pre-determined marketing metrics
• Spearhead Plato’s in-person event series, Elevate -- Own attendance, content strategy (including audience engagement pre- and post-event) -- Support and lead our event manager in sourcing speakers, creating an event agenda, and cultivating attendees’ relationships with Plato
• Autonomously develop and execute content marketing strategy -- Create editorial and content calendars for various platforms -- Identify opportunities for content synergy across all audience interaction points -- Drive and implement content strategy
• Lead strategy for Plato’s webinar series -- Own attendance, ensuring that we’re reaching audiences that match our ideal customer profile -- Manage speakers, from initial outreach to post-event stewardship -- Develop content strategy
• Continually expand awareness of the Plato brand -- Identify opportunities to introduce Plato to new audiences -- Ensure all events and content accurately represent the brand

About You

• 5+ years of content and event marketing experience
• Proven success carrying out event marketing efforts, including planning, attendance, event sponsorship, and reporting
• Strong oral and written communicator, with demonstrated success writing user-facing communications
• Proven track record building and implementing a content marketing strategy from scratch
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate across teams, with an eye for details, schedules, budgets, and onsite personnel
• Comfortable working in a lean and agile work environment: you are proactive and resourceful
• Ownership, you’re comfortable taking on projects and seeing them through to completion
• Collaborative team mentality with positive energy and an excitement to partner with others to accomplish shared goals
